Frustratingly buggy

This app is great, it allows me to quickly log into workstations and fix issues without having to leave my desk, see basic information like IP address and network name, and overall simplifies my job.

However, it often breaks - if I close it, it tends to crash upon reopening, and I have to delete all traces of it from my system (including all my saved computers / passwords / usernames, and scanners) and it takes some time to re-add everything, which is immensely frustrating.

I have not yet found any solutions to this issue. Sadly there’s no usable alternative so this is just something I have to deal with on a weekly basis.
