Super useful, if a bit buggy

I manage ~20 Macs, and use ARD every day to keep them in running trim. Being able to install updates to multiple machines at once saves me hours a week, and the ability to quickly show someone how to fix a problem right on their screen is great.

It’s also useful at home for managing the handful of machines around the house. (I only wish it could incorporate management of iOS devices!)

There have been bugs over the years (mostly cometic – no data corrupters), but this refresh reassures me that Apple hasn’t quite given up on ARD, and that we can look forward to ongoing support. For me, this Application has more than paid for itself. (And it’s a lot cheaper now than it was back at v. 3.0. $499!)
